Description: Loadout and discharge of coastguard vessel “SCHARHÖRN” using ‘Carrier 16’.

Drydock float-on using 2 barges (Jan 2023)
Description: Loading drydock on 2 barges barges. Carrier 8 and CARRIER16. After ladoutout, the dock was cut in 2 sections. The barges were moored along side the quay for scrapping the dock sections.

Discharge of quay wall elements for Hargshamn using Carrier 16 (August 2022)
Description: The concrete quay elements for the new quay in Hargshamn were cast on the deck of CARRIER 16 in Poland. Later, in Hargshamn, CARRIER 16 was submerged and positioned on the seabed. The partially submerged elements’ buoyancy effectively decreased their weight, enabling MarineGroup’s floating crane LODBROK to lift them effortlessly.

Loadout and Discharge of the floating exhibition centre “Salmon Eye using Carrier 8 (July 2022)
Description: Salmon Eye serves as a floating exhibition centre, illuminating the various prospects and obstacles within the salmon industry. The loadout in Tallinn was executed in collaboration with Sarens, using Self-Propelled Modular Transporters (SPMTs). Subsequently, the discharge took place through a graceful float-off process in a picturesque Norwegian fjord close to fjordbruk

Slussen Stockholm (June 2020)
Description: Discharge of lock caissons from ‘Carrier 8’. Carrier 8 was converted to a submersible barge.

Salvage of Nu Shi Nalini (Dec 2019)
Client: Marine Master
Description: The Naptha Tanker `Nu Shi Nalini was grounded in Indian waters near Goa. The ER and all double-bottom tanks were breached. The bottom tanks were pressurized, and Naptha was shifted to obtain the required draft to refloat the casualty successfully during high water spring.

The 640 MT tug was grounded in Qatar waters for several months.

The Ocean Cleanup (Feb2018)
The Ocean Cleanup is a non-profit organization developing advanced technologies to rid the oceans of plastic.
Activities:
- Detailing and review of installation procedures for tow-out and installation of the roaming systems.
Dolwin Gamma (April 2017 – July 2017)
Client: Boskalis
Description: Project Engineering and Site Engineering for Boskalis at the Dolwin gamma fender removal project.
With very tight dimensional limitations and stringent weather criteria, six temporary fenders that were required for the topside float-over had to be removed. A barge equipped with a project-dedicated ALE crane was positioned under the topside to remove the fenders from the jacket legs. Responsibilities:
- Overall responsible for all engineering and procedures.
- Obtaining certificates, approvals and permits
- Interfaces with other parties involved like ALE and ACE winches

Diving Bell Wire Centralizer (2016)
Client: Boskalis Subsea Services
Description: Concept engineering and coordination of first phase detailed engineering for a guiding system that allowed the launch of a diving bell through the moon-pool of the offshore supply vessel ‘MMA PRESTIGE’ with two knots current.
LAM-E jacket and topside
Client: NCGS Group
Description: Engineering for the loadout, transport and installation & and onsite ballast supervisor. Installation was done by means of a float-over operation. The work was performed together with Orca-Offshore.
Responsibilities:

Vyborg float-over (2012)
Client: Dockwise
Description: Project engineer for the Vyborg float-over project.
The global deformation of the lower hull of the SSFDR (Semi-Submersible Floating Drilling Rig) during the mating of the topside on the lower hull and the subsequent impact on a local level was a very challenging issue.
Responsibilities:
- Design of the mooring spread.
- FE analyses for the interaction between the vessel, the floating hull and the topside during the mating process
- Offshore Installation Manual for the mating.
- Typhoon avoidance procedures.
Goliat FPSO (July 2010 – January 2011)

Description: Lead engineering for the loadout, transport and discharge.
